// Partnerships · Institutional only

Regulated counterparties only.

Verax is a B2B, B2B2B business. We do not onboard consumers. We do not pay introducer commissions for the referral of payment-services customers. Every prospective partner is reviewed on the basis of regulatory standing, operating history, and fit with our risk appetite.

// Who we talk to

Three partner categories.

// 01

Authorised payment institutions

We are in discussions with UK- and EU-authorised payment institutions that will provide the regulated settlement rails sitting behind our compliance layer. Partner selection is confidential and subject to commercial agreement. Verax itself will not execute payments or hold client money.

Institutional custody & liquidity

Post-authorisation we plan to interoperate with regulated crypto custody (MPC) and OTC liquidity providers. The partner category is institutional; no retail-facing arrangements are contemplated. Any publicly named integration is subject to a signed contract and, where required, regulatory notification.

Regulated integrators & enterprise customers

Corporate treasurers, supply-chain operators and licensed payment providers looking to embed our compliance decisioning into their own flow. All discussions take place under NDA and after baseline due diligence on both sides.

// What we explicitly do not do

We do not pay introducer commissions to unregulated parties.

The introduction of customers for payment services is, in our view, a regulated activity. Until Verax is FCA-authorised, and until any onward referral arrangement is properly structured under FCA rules on appointed representatives or introducer agreements, we do not operate a commission programme.

If you would like to discuss a potential enterprise partnership once Verax is authorised, we would be glad to hear from you — but please do not send us unsolicited deal flow on a commission-for-referral basis. We won't action it, and we'll flag it to our MLRO on file.

Open to conversations.

If you are a regulated institution or an enterprise customer evaluating compliance infrastructure, we would welcome a call. All discussions are under NDA.
